Thank you so much to my IHU Heropemates! I thought attending the Women of Washington WOW Women's Wellness Day this morning for Women’s History Month would have been the highlight of my day, but it was our Zoom call this afternoon that superseded my expectation…Again, thank you! 💜✨️🫶🏾

As I feared losing my health, the valuable lessons that I learned from the weekly material are as follows:

1. I will not let the wilderness convince me that God is finished.

2. I may need to take “rest stops” along the way, but giving up is not an option.

3. Because I am committed to physical health, I understand the beauty and burden of weight.
