Hope Mates thank you so very much for your encouragement during this journey. I use to keep stuff to myself only to find out that I can't be helped that way. IHU has allowed me to be transparent and real!

Hello to our student of the week! Thank you for your daily words of encouragement. I'm excited to see all of our transformations through IHU. It is indeed a strong tool to use to continue the inner work. There is so much healing in our transparency. What I am learning is not only can we be healed but others can be healed when we tell our stories.
Now that we know better...

Wow, this encouragement has sparked something in me and I love this my Sister! I found that I have had to edit myself so many times that there are a few versions of me that has allowed me to blossom into that butterfly with such beautiful colors. This has shown me that I am not an ordinary person, but extraordinary. I experienced that metamorphosis when I joined the Gratitude Journey and now Intrepid Hope University! This girl is on Fire! 💜
