About the Course
A slower and more effective way of breathing is engaged when you consciously activate, the diaphragm, the muscle that separates the chest and abdominal cavity. There are many different types of deep breathing exercises; however, IHU students will participate in breathing awareness, with the focus placed on each inhale and exhale.
